You can add money (top-up):
1- via the app
2- by visiting your nearest agent
To add money (top-up) via the app,
Log in to the app
From the main menu,
1) Select "Add money",
2) Enter the amount (maximum transaction amount is SAR 10,000/ SAR 20,000 per month),
3) Click choose a method,
4) Select the "via card" option (only Saudi issued Mada debit cards are accepted),
5) Enter card details: name on card, card number, expiry date, CVV no, 6) Click on "enter"
You will receive an OTP by SMS to your phone number
Enter received OTP
You will receive confirmation that money is added to your wallet
