You can refund money via the app

To refund via the app, 
Log in to the app
From the Main Menu, Select "Card Refund"
Enter Refund Amount 
You will receive one-time-password (OTP) by SMS to your phone number
Enter received OTP
You will receive confirmation that amount has been credited to your Card and Refund is done
Digital Receipt is issued
